Visual Arts 2pm-9pm MANA FINE ARTS AND GAIA present a viewing of “Mother of God: a Wonder Women Project,” a showing of work created in the Wonder Women residency project. Visual Arts 3pm-5pm 18 ERIE GALLERY18 ERIE GALLERY presents “The Escape of Pandora's Box.” Mesmeric, intrinsic and a little hard to fathom, Elvira Katic's pieces can be seen as surreal, unworldly depictions of mythic aspects of exotic beings and places, where epochs and cultures converge. PerformanceMusic 4pm-10pm CREATESPACE presents “What’s the Word?” Since 2002 a Jersey City story telling project has been celebrating story exchange as an essential human activity in today's world, just as it was in our ancestor's world. Participants will share, in interactive nonperformance -- by speaking, listening or both -- unwritten, unrehearsed personal stories.
