Volunteer Representatives

Dr. Igor Holodny, Moscow, Russia
As Chairman of the Society, Dr. Holodny is also one of our representatives for Russia. On his frequent visits, he volunteers his time by seeking out new cases, making follow up visits to old ones, and personally overseeing the Society's grant distribution throughout Russia.

Rev. Alexander Iwasczewicz, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Rev. Alexander Iwasczewicz works with families in Argentina through his parish church. He is dedicated to helping families improve their situation as much as possible.

Lena Lotova, Moscow, Russia
Mrs. Lotova began volunteering her time as a representative in 1999. She is in contact with many needy orphanages in towns throughout Russia as a result of her work in adoption. Lena helps the most needy orphanages apply for funding from the Society.

Marina Lycett, Paris, France
Mrs. Lycett is also a volunteer. She contacts the Russian schools and summer camps throughout France to help them apply for funding.

Rev. George Petrenko, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Rev. George Petrenko works with other volunteers in Brazil to help indigent children living in the city of Sao Paulo and its outskirts. His church is a natural place for families in need to seek help.

Mariana Zolotoochin, Santiago, Chile
Ms. Zolotoochin is a new volunteer. She is a grandaughter of Mrs. Evgenia Zolotoochin, who was the longest serving of all RCWS representatives. Mariana works as a school teacher. She and another new representative in Chile, Mrs. Adelina Chichow, interview and visit families and help them apply for aid.

Natalie Seitsew, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Mrs. Seitsew has been serving the Society for over ten years. She is a hands-on type of person who monitors each of the cases with the utmost care and attention. Mrs. Seitsew frequently visits the families and devotes all of her free time to the Society despite her diminishing health.

Andre Schmemann, Paris, France
Mr. Schmemann has been acting as an RCWS representative for over fifteen years. He is a distinguished gentleman who is very active in the Russian community. The Society acknowledges Mr. Schmemann's co-worker, George Bibikov, who contributes much of his time towards the review process for the Society.

Liliana Velutini, Caracas, Venezuela
Mrs. Velutini is a Russian medical doctor and married to prominent Venezuelan businessman Guillermo Velutini. She joined the Society in May 1998 with much enthusiasm. Her past experience includes work with poor children who have medical needs. She adds elegance and grace as well as expertise and dedication to the work of the Society.

Alexandra Wagapaff, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Mrs. Wagapaff is a retired teacher. She has been volunteering her time to the Society for over three years and has helped many children. Never having had any children of her own, Mrs. Wagapaff has always dedicated her life to raising and enhancing the lives of young people.
